Abstract
Rwanda's strategy for mobilising and scaling climate and nature finance from public and private sources through 2030, addressing an estimated USD 6.5 billion NDC financing gap. It establishes a new Climate Finance Department within MINECOFIN and a Task Force on Climate and Nature Finance to coordinate resource mobilisation, blended finance instruments and private sector investment.
