Abstract
Rwanda's national strategy for climate change and carbon-neutral development, structured around four Thematic Programme Areas and eight Programmes of Action covering mitigation, adaptation and green growth. It provides the costed framework of interventions that underpins Rwanda's Vision 2050 ambition to become a climate-resilient, carbon-neutral high-income economy.
